Bloom
Branding and Design Lead 2022
Bloom was a collective design exhibition showcasing designers work done during design bootcamp, it collected the best of each designers work to showcase to potential employers, mentors, and the general public. As the branding and design lead, I directed a team of 5 designers in creating the style guide, overall branding, and aesthetics for the Design Exhibition. I also performed quality control checks for all marketing materials including posters, web ads, social media, and website made by other teams. My logo design was also chosen as the final logo, as voted on by the participants in the exhibition.

A look into the brainstorming process
The goal of Blooms logo was to visually connect to themes of growth, a large group of different individuals collaborating in cohesion, and Blooming into adulthood as designers.
Each designer in my team of five, came up with an initial draft of a logo to share to the group, we then voted on those designs, and then cleaned up the top three designs. The final drafts were then presented to the whole cohort of designers, who voted on the final logo design. Which led to the logo seen below.
Final Branding
Branding guidelines, including proper logo usage, and final logo files were given to all other teams for their usage, with their final design choices checked by me and my team to insure quality control.
